1.2 Mobile Application Device & Telemetry Information

For the core functionality of specific utility apps and games, we may process the following technical data:

• Unique Device Identifiers (Android ID / App Instance ID): Used strictly to establish secure device pairings and route notifications to the correct device.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Tokens: Used solely to deliver real-time status updates, check-in nods, and emergency alerts.
• Device Status Telemetry (SilentNod only): For safety and status apps like SilentNod, we collect battery percentage, charging status, ringer mode (Silent / Vibrate / Normal), and last active heartbeat timestamp to share exclusively with your explicitly paired and consented contacts.

2. Application-Specific Privacy Disclosures

2.1 SilentNod (`com.esdisoft.silentnod`) — Special Notice: No Location (GPS) Tracking

SilentNod is engineered specifically as a privacy-first, consent-based safety and status tool:

• Zero GPS / Location Tracking: SilentNod does not collect, track, or store your GPS coordinates or physical location history.
• No Advertising SDKs: SilentNod contains zero third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking scripts.
• Full User Control: All status sharing requires mutual consent and can be revoked at any time inside the application.

2.2 Refund Watch: Track Returns (`com.esdisoft.refundwatch`) — 100% Offline-First Storage

Refund Watch is designed with an offline-first architecture to protect your personal shopping and financial records:

• On-Device Local Storage: All return records, store names, purchase prices, carrier tracking numbers, and attached receipt/item photos are stored 100% locally on your device. They are never uploaded to Esdi Soft servers or external cloud databases.
• Biometric App Lock: Optional fingerprint or face authentication relies exclusively on the native Android BiometricPrompt system API. Esdi Soft never accesses, processes, or stores your biometric data.

2.3 Letrio (`com.esdisoft.letrio`) & Mobile Games

In Letrio and our mobile games, gameplay progress, level completion data, and Global Leaderboard scores are processed to provide core gaming features and competitive rankings.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our applications may utilize trusted third-party services that collect information used to provide infrastructure, analytics, or ad-supported free gameplay:

• Google Play Services: Core Android platform services and security integrity.
• Google AdMob (`pub-3423008502599662`): Used in our ad-supported games (such as Letrio) to serve advertisements. Utility applications like SilentNod and Refund Watch do not include advertising SDKs.
• Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging & Analytics/Crashlytics): Used for push notification delivery and anonymized crash diagnostics to improve stability.

4. Data Retention & Account / Data Deletion

We retain technical pairing or leaderboard records only for as long as necessary to provide the active service. You have the right to delete your data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: In SilentNod, you can unpair contacts or reset your device registration directly within the app. In Refund Watch, all data resides locally on your device and is permanently erased when you clear app storage or uninstall the app.
• Web / Email Deletion Request: Even if you have already uninstalled an app, you can request permanent deletion of any server-side device ID, FCM token, pairing record, or leaderboard entry by following our Account & Data Deletion Instructions (/delete-account) or emailing info@esdisoft.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
