These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to the https://esdisoft.com corporate website, our B2B software engineering services, and your use of mobile applications and games published by Esdi Soft ("Company", "we", "us"), including Letrio, SilentNod, Refund Watch: Track Returns, and any future releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1. Scope of Corporate Engineering Services (B2B)

Esdi Soft provides custom software development, ASP.NET Core (.NET) architecture, workflow and e-commerce automation, AI integration, desktop software, and mobile app/game development. Specific project deliverables, source code ownership, intellectual property transfer, and support SLAs for corporate clients are governed by separate written master service agreements (MSAs) or statements of work (SOWs).

2. Mobile Application End-User License Agreement (EULA)

When you download or use any Esdi Soft mobile application or game, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the application on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or exploit the applications or their server infrastructure.

3. Application-Specific Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• SilentNod (`com.esdisoft.silentnod`) — Not an Emergency Dispatch Replacement: SilentNod is a supplementary check-in and device status utility designed for peace of mind among consenting contacts. It is not a replacement for official emergency services (such as 911, 112, or 999), medical monitoring equipment, or life-safety hardware. Signal delivery depends on mobile network availability, battery charge, and operating system permissions; Esdi Soft is not liable for delayed or undelivered notifications.
• Refund Watch: Track Returns (`com.esdisoft.refundwatch`) — Local Data & Return Deadlines: Because Refund Watch stores all records 100% offline on your device for maximum privacy, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the built-in CSV/JSON export tools and verifying final return policies directly with merchants.
• Letrio (`com.esdisoft.letrio`): All in-game boosters, scores, and progression items are provided strictly for entertainment and hold no real-world monetary value.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software code, visual designs, 3D artwork, and case study descriptions on esdisoft.com and within our mobile applications are the intellectual property of Esdi Soft. Third-party company names or platforms referenced in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are cited solely to describe our engineering experience.
